  2. Activate the relevant Jython script.
  3. Perform the relevant Jython commands.

Solution with Connections Administration Toolkit (CAT)

Navigate to Administration – Files, subsection Manage Policies. There, you can view a list of all available policies for community file libraries, and their sizes.

Problem 1: If the list doesn’t contain a policy of acceptable size for the affected community, simply create a new community file library policy with ‘New Policy’.

A confirmation popup summarizes the changes and allows you to enter a comment. All changes, comments, and who made them, are logged by the CAT application. Then navigate to Content And Access – Communities, search for the affected community, and assign the the new policy in the Details popup (available when clicking on the magnifying lense in the result list).

Problem 2: Edit the ‘Maximum Size’ of the ‘!Default for Community Files’ policy. A confirmation popup summarizes the changes and allows you to enter a comment. All changes, comments, and who made them, are logged by the CAT application.
